WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER UKRAINE FOREVER TARTAN ITEM BE DISPATCHED?

Please remember that traditional tartan (from yarn dying to weaving and finishing) cannot be rushed, so we thank you in advance for your patience. It’s an exceptional and unique cloth which is well worth waiting for.

The weaving of this tartan in all its styles/qualities is well underway now with looms up and down the country working all hours to produce it for you.

Here are some updated dispatch guidelines based on the items you have chosen and when you have purchased them.

For orders placed ON or AFTER the dates below, please see the expected delivery schedule for each product. Any orders placed before these dates are expected to be with you in time for Christmas :

- Teddy Bears Orders placed AFTER December 11th 2023, we expect your item to be dispatched in mid-January 2023 (we cannot guarantee this will be with you in time for Christmas).

- Ties Orders placed AFTER August 1st 2023, we expect your item to be dispatched late January- February 2024

- Kilts & Tailoring Orders placed AFTER September 1st 2023, we expect your item to be dispatched in mid to late January 2024.

- Ukraine Forever Fabric by the Metre Orders placed AFTER December 15th, we expect to dispatch your item mid-January 2024.

- Standard Scarves Orders placed AFTER October 1st 2023, we expect to dispatch your item in late January-February 2024.

- Oversized Scarves Orders placed AFTER August 1st 2023, we expect to dispatch your item in late January-March 2024.

- Ponchos Orders placed AFTER August 1st 2023, we expect to dispatch your item in late January-March 2024.

- Ruanas Orders placed AFTER August 1st 2023, we expect to dispatch your item late January-February 2024.

You will receive a tracking code on dispatch from our HQ in Scotland.
Please remember that your chosen carrier will have their own shipping controls based on your location and the service that you chose at the checkout.
If you have a large/corporate order you may well have been given a sooner/later date
If you need your items sooner, please contact us and we will try our very best to help.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. Stocks are limited so as our eager waiting lists grow, we would be happy to refund you right away and re-assign your item.
If you have ordered one Ukraine Forever item and one non-Ukraine Forever item, please note: To save postage, your items will be dispatched together once they are both ready. If you require your non-Ukraine Forever item immediately and to be shipped separately, do let us know. However, postage will be charged on your second shipment.
